Executive Director
Parker has owned and operated Developers International Group, Ltd for nearly four decades, developing real estate, building homes and constructing mixed-use master planned communities throughout the United States and internationally.
He will now use his entrepreneurial “building” gifts of organization, management, strategic partnering and financial procurement to serve God’s kingdom by helping to grow Compassion Dental’s ministry. Compassion’s ministry has provided free quality dental health care to hundreds of patients during the past seven years while offering to each and every patient love, compassion, empathy and the hope of Jesus as they go through their journey of treatments and healing.

Adrienne Coats
Patient & Volunteer Coordinator
Adrienne has spent the last three years working in missions and ministry. She has a heart for Nepal, and hopes to one day move there with her husband!
Currently, Adrienne is pursuing her bachelor’s in nursing at Truckee Meadows Community College, and her goal is to work as a surgical nurse in the operating room. Not only is she in nursing school, but she has worked in several medical fields as well, including physical therapy and occupational therapy. This has allowed her to experience the life-changing impact that health care can have on the community.
Her motivation in life is to bring peace
wherever she goes, as she has found such an immoveable, steady peace in Jesus.

Taylor Washalefsky, MPH
Director of Operations
Taylor has excelled in a variety of different medical work environments over the last four years, including Renown’s Emergency Department and Primary Care, and several specialty medicine practices in Reno. She recently graduated with her Master’s in Public Health from the University of Nevada, Reno with an emphasis in public health practice and program administration. She has a passion for helping Northern Nevada’s underserved populations and has participated in several international medical mission trips over the years to Cambodia and Peru.
Taylor’s love for Jesus motivates her care and concern for others, and as Compassion Dental’s new Director of Operations, she hopes to become an integral part of Compassion Dental’s ministry: sharing the love and hope of Jesus, one smile at a time.

Kathy Parker
Outreach Coordinator
Kathy has always been an organizer, planner, and a creative person, so it was only natural for her to open an event and wedding planning business over 20 years ago. Kathy retired from professional event planning but continues to use her organizational skills by volunteering at her church, hosting private parties, and working with the Compassion Dental staff on fund raisers like the Annual Golf Tournament. The years of experience she has is of great value to Compassion Dental in her role as the Outreach Missions Coordinator.
Beyond all these things put on love, which is the perfect bond of unity.
